Material Specification:
 Bolts: ASTM A36
Hot dip Galvanishing: ASTM A153 or BS729 (Part 1)
As per drawing no: S.MECH 36.061 REV.A

The U-Bolt are additionally coated with a seamless polyolefin material 3mm minimum thickness (or equivalent) which offers abrasive resistance, corrosion resistance, UV resistance and totally suitable continuous exposure in tropical marine environment the coating shall be adhered to the U-Bolt by a 'baked-on' process or equivalent.
